Free Submission (Link Exchange): Free tool submissions require you to place a nofollow backlink to 345tool.com in your website's footer. We verify this link during review. Submissions without a verifiable backlink may be rejected.

Featured Submission (Paid Credits): Featured listings require credits purchased or earned on our platform. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Featured listings include a dofollow link and priority placement for a minimum of one year from approval.

We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any submission at our sole discretion. Submission approval is not guaranteed.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe.

We make no warranties regarding:
